Ocean Flux is currently a personal project focused on ecology-first ocean nutrient-flux restoration (teaching tools, open models, and research prep). This is not a for-profit operating company claim. Incorporation and a formal company structure are deferred. We welcome collaborators who want honest measurement, ligand and bioavailability science, expedition research-ops, and permitted research — not commercial ocean fertilisation. We do not claim named partnerships on this site.

Donations

This work may need to rely on donations. A payment rail is not live yet. When it is, this page will say how to help. Until then, email is the only path.

No tax receipt. Ocean Flux does not claim Canadian charitable status and is not a registered charity. Do not expect a donation tax receipt. Any contribute path later will still say so unless a registered entity is designated and Admin clears that framing.

Models are assumptions; explorers are teaching tools, not credit products.
